Corwin has given us that guide in PRINTNG BY HAND (STC Craft). Using step-by-step instructions and up-close photos, Corwin teaches crafters everything they need to know to master stamping, stenciling, and screen printing, from making their own printing devices to trouble-shooting when plans go awry. Her inimitable collection of projects ranges from stamped stationery and simple-to-sew pouches, to stenciled tote bags and furniture, to screen-printed bed linens and upholstery fabric. There’s even a silk-screened dog bed. The author has created original artwork for each project (full-size patterns are included in an envelope at the back of the book), so that every crafter can achieve the same beautiful results. I play with Photoshop. I would love to make fabric out of some of the designs I’ve put together in Photoshop – an overall pattern. Oooh, this would be incredible to do! Can you imagine fabric made with important words typed out in a variety of fonts sprinkled over a background texture? I love the idea.

I would print artwork from my daughter (a great artist) and my grandchildren ranging from 5 to 12. The work they have created is outstanding! All of their art teachers have said they are very talented, and we encourage them constantly. I have taked to them about creating originals fabric and paper prints, and they really want to learn. I’d love to learn a better way to do this also

this is just what i need! while preparing to sew some roman blinds for my bedroom, i tacked up a couple afghans over the windows. now, i desperately want to recreate the look and pattern of the afghans on the roman blinds. i think i’ll need to print the fabric and i don’t know where to start!

Hello Everyone, All your answers are excellent. I believe mine could not hold a candle to yours. So here it is. I would make they Northern star. So people would continue to have hope though out the year.
