My dream gift would be a sewing machine. I have just started sewing and have been working on my friends. I think I am now confident enough to do projects on my own!

This isn’t very original, but I would love a dressmaker’s form. It would be so nice to be able to drape and fit clothes to it.

Hmmm…. I WANT A SEWING MACHINE!! the one i have is wonderfully old! That wouldn’t be too bad… except the light has stopped working, the tension is fixed, my sewing plate with zig-zag option is broken :[ so all i can do is sew straight :[ I’ve been oogling at Janome and Brother machines for the longest time lol

I already got my dream gift yesterday, by mistake… I found out that the costume storage of the drama section in my university was going to get rid of a huge amount of fabrics and fake furs. I suggested to take it all, and saved them the trip to the garbage. Everybody wins! Lots of monster puppets will be made for all…!

The year my niece was 8, her grandmother asked her what she’d like for Christmas. She said, “Oh, just get me a credit card.” Of course, she meant gift card but now “credit card” is always the answer when someone asks. Recently, Mood put their fabrics on line. I want a Mood credit card!

I desperately want an inexpensive 35mm SLR and a plastic point-and-shoot 35mm to take lots of pictures since I’ll be spending next semester in Copenhagen (and far away from my sewing machine). I also want lots of pretty print fabrics to make quick skirts to wear everyday on the streets of Denmark, which I plan to spend my Winter Break doing.

I’d love a studio make-over, new flooring, blow out a wall and some comfy chairs. Maybe a new shelving system for more stuff! On the light side, I’d like a Tippman Boss leather sewing machine.

The only things I have wanted for Christmas is either if not all, dress mannequin, a serger, or some colorful threads. I make so many costumes for my daughter it would be nice to have a mannequin so I’m not waiting for her to stand for me while I measure and pin plus I seem to always run out of thread more often then anything else. The serger because I would like what I make to have a more professional finished look. I would like to expand in what I do and I think these are the three essentials that I need. Please Pick Me!…Please…..Please….Pleasseeeee……
