New to the website and with the goal for 2011 to start sewing. I´m gonna ask my dad to give me my moms old sewing machine, she passed away last year. Would be nice to win the last prize and get the machine going again.

Actually, it’s these new items…I had a lovely Christmas as my children bought me a new sewing machine, a serger, and just about every notion they thought looked interesting :+) Winning this give-away would be so very very wonderful because I love to read about all things sewing; and I sure wish Interweave had an ‘outlet’ book and dvd store where we could actually walk in, browse, try new techniques, and of course have a coffee bar. My fondest moments in life are when I am in front of my sewing machine. Thank you for creating a truly unique site.

I really wanted the iron. Currently I’m using an iron that was cheap in the 1970s. Luckily they made stuff to last then, but still!

I would be delighted – overwhelmed – with any of the give-aways, they are all awesome! I am entering the 5th year of being on a disability pension and I am sick of being poor and not being able to just go and indulge in any whim. Congratulations to whoever wins these books – they look so useful and inspiring. And happy 2011 to everyone!!!

I just found this site, so I don’t know what was offered in the past. But I am a glutton for learning, so books, magazines, and DVD’s are all great with me. My sewing machine is finally failing after 20 years of very hard use, so a new machine would be great.

I would have to say one of the machines. I don’t have a serger, and I’d sure like to try one. I wear a lot of knits, and my kids do, too, so it would be lots easier to sew them on the serger. But I just can’t afford one, even the used ones I’ve looked at. (We have a great local store, Kelley’s Quality Sewing.) I’m unemployed, so I have the time for sewing, but not the money for a new machine! Thanks for doing this great giveaway.
