The perfect dress is both sweet, sexy, and a little flirty, fits like a dream, and you start to dance when you’re wearing it. The perfect dress makes my husband’s eyes light up when he see’s it on me. The perfect dress makes me happy to see it hanging in my closet. The perfect dress makes me feel young and lighthearted when I’m wearing it.

Its the dress that when you wear it those who know you stare at you amazed cause ‘I didn’t know you had this figure’, while it sits so comfortably on you that the only thing you feel wearing it is the smooth slide of fabric around you

My perfect dress would be vintage/retro inspired ( any 20 century decade) and fit like a glove.

The perfect dress will fit smoothy over my figure. Shows my curves and is a great color on my skin

A perfect dress is one that fits properly and flatters.

Easy to wear, easy to clean, flattering to my figure, princess seamed, with just a touch of vintage style.

The perfect dress for me would be one you made yourself that fits you perfectly. It wouldn’t hurt if that dress was a floor-length stunner with a train that you were wearing to meet the Queen of England, either :)

For me its really learning about how to get the best fit possible – and on top of that learning how to pick a dress that will falter a specific persons figure. The third element is making that outfit unique – what I can do to make a dress stand out – something that makes you proud to wear something home made rather than store bought.

The perfect dress shows off your best features while doing its best to divert attention from your worst!

The perfect dress is one that defines the waist and gives a flattering silhouette. It should also make you feel beautiful – whether by being made up a gorgeous silk fabric, having a lovely bold pattern or showing just the right amount of skin – women want to feel beautiful when they get dressed.

My perfect dress is fun and shique, very girly, above knee

I love a dress with a great fit and a fabulous print. It’s always a bonus if I can pair it with cute accessories and dress it up for a night out or down for a day at work.

Fit and a classic sheath dress with timeless styling that I can dress up or down with accessories or jackets are what I like to have in my wardrobe.

The perfect dress would fit like a glove. It would flatter the figure and appear to elongate the body. It would go great with flats, boots and heels; dressed up and down and doesnt require much maintenance. I would want it in all the colors.

The perfect dress would have an amazing fit, a flattering silhouette, and some kind of design details that makes it stand out from the crowd.

I like dresses that are fitted with a retro feel. I can’t wait to see the class.

A perfect dress must fit beautifully and hide any flaws. And it should be easy to add accessories to change the look when needed.

For me, a perfect dress is a basic dress, but elegant and comfortable.

For me, the perfect dress is a summer dress (I’d never consider wearing one in the winter). Therefore it must be loose, and be in a natural fabric. Preferably with a bit of texture so it doesn’t stick. Not too bare so I don’t need too much sunscreen.

The perfect dress has extra special details that take it from the ordinary to fabulous, and above all, makes you feel beautiful!

The perfect dress must have swish!
Dec 3, 2011, 11.20 PMby alexus1325
For me, the perfect dress is easy to wear, easy to accessorize, and fits my odd dimensions. I love simple, clean lines for this reason, and the fabric is where the fun is! When you throw interesting details into the mix, you can get away with very simple accessories.

I can talk about the materials. color, dress cut … What really makes the perfect dress is the person who will wear it!

the perfect dress is made from amazing fabric and has the perfect fit, it is one that flatters and you’ll always want to wear that one!
Dec 3, 2011, 10.57 PMby cmonahan99
The perfect dress for me is tailored with little fullness in the hips. A wrap style dress or dress using fabric with some stretch is particularly flattering on me.

The perfect dress fits like a glove, compliments my complexion and makes me feel like a million pounds.

The perfect dress fits perfectly and looks nice no matter what your figure flaws. My daughter is an amazing shape shifter and I would love to know tricks to make beautiful clothes for her.

The perfect dress is one that you can tell someone took the time to do it right but most importantly it makes the wearer feel gorgeous!!
Dec 3, 2011, 10.31 PMby Cassandraj16
A perfect dress for me fits perfectly and stops people in their tracks wondering, “Where’d she get that dress?”. It would also have to have pockets…I love pocketed dresses!!

Fit is definitely the most important part, then fabric choice, followed by cut.
