I would say Stockholm. It is beautiful, clean, hip, busy, and historic. Being in Stockholm actually made me want to learn Swedish :)

Difficult to pick a city – although if they have fabric stores, they are in my crowded top ten. I was recently in Dublin and Galway. Those were interesting with all the old and new architecture.

I’ve never been outside of the US/Canada, so San Francisco tops the list. Would rather be in the mountains, though, well outside of any metropolitan area.

I have not been to many cities outside of the US so I am going to have to say San Francisco and San Diego are at the top of my list.

Nevada City, CAlifornia for a little town……San Francisco and Seattle for larger cities. But I would love to go Tokyo, Paris, Milan, Hong Hong, or anyother distant exotic city to explore the culture, textiles and other beauty to see if I woul dhange my mind.

There are many, many places still on my want-to-see-before-I-die list but a visit to New York City always makes me happy. Leaving makes me sad because there’s still so much to do and see!

Milano is my favorite city. A busy capital with great hidden places

I’ve been to many countries and I still stand by the fact that NYC is the best city. It’s just the feel of it. They’re so many different kinds of people and places there. The fashionistas, the Wall Streeters, the tourists and MoMA, Empire State building, and 5th ave! And surprisingly, NYC is pretty clean. If you go to Paris, you’ll see cigarette buds on the floor everywhere, and I literally mean everywhere. And London air is filled with cigar smoke, and since I’m borderline allergic to it, I had massive headaches and felt lightheaded most of the time.

I live in Denver now, but NYC is my favorite. I lived in NYC for 9 years and I miss and love it so much. While some may dream of warmer places, my husband and I dream of retiring there.
