Any discount is good. The most used discounts used in this house though are on books, patterns and when I’m lucky, fabric. Now I just need a great dress form discount…..

I love a good discount on fabrics! With cheaper fabrics I buy them without having a clear plan on what to do with them. To just have them at home and be able look at and feel is the best way to be inspired to try new things with color and shape.

I would like to see a discount coupon/voucher which is available to all Burda members to use when buying products from companies that have registered on the Burda website.

It could be 10% all year discount and users have 1 year to use it in. If they don’t they loose it and after say 3 or 5 consecutive years of using the voucher, they could get an extra one as a thank you.

this means that people have a choice and can use the voucher on the product they want or need. and it means that the voucher does not focus on a small group of companies who may not feel able to offer prolonged discounts.

For me, it would mean the difference between getting something I really like or just getting something because its all I can afford.

My old iron has been causing me much trouble, so I need a new one. But I have spent too much on medical bills this year that I have to wait for a good discount to buy one.

I love discounts on anything for sewing and crafts. However it is usually all the notions that make home sewing expensive so some discounts on those would be especially great as they could be bought and stashed for later. Love, love the iron, wish I could get one here. I have one for the UK but it won’t work here in Trinidad, wrong voltage, so this one would be magic they are fabulous to use.

The way my bank looks at the moment I need a discount on everything (Christmas…same every year) but generally I want more discounted fabric. It is hard to find unique fabrics in my town in the first place and when I do they are super expensive. An online isn’t really better. Sometimes you think you’ve found an awesome deal and then shipping gets added to it and you end up spending lots again.

Hum… most needed discount would be on shoes to be honest. Need a pair of rain boots stat! But if that weren’t the case I would say on good fabric.

Iron would be awesome, I have to steal my roommates when I need to iron.

I love getting the Hancock’s Fabrics coupon for 40 or 50% off notions. I use it to try new sewing accessories or add to my needle inventory. Helps keep the cost of my hobby in control.

Christmas discounts on gifts and food are great, it is such an expensive time of year, I love to give and finding things within a tight budget is hard. I enjoy making gifts but sometimes its not always cheaper.

My favorite discount is the military discount! Sewing on the service members budget can take some major creativity.

I could use a deep discount on a really good sewing machine. My cheapy Singer from Target does the job but now that I’m looking to do more serious sewing… could use a professional machine and not a hobby one.

My favourite and most needed discounts are always for sewing and sewing appliances and anything else related. Like for instance a high quality Rowenta iron, i had the same iron as long i can remember and it barely works. Don’t even get me started on the ironing board. I can’t afford a new one until way after christmas.

I would love to see big discounts on sewing machines at least once in a while. Or long arm quilter discounts. they are so expensive you almost need a second mortgage to be able to the upscale models.
