Possibly rayon with a bit of poly content. Light and airy and slightly crease resistant. :)

Silk! Especially Japanese silk, though I rarely get the chance to use it. Their rich array of techniques are incredible, whether for dyeing, weaving, or embroidery.

Cotton is the winner for me, for the act of sewing. But I do love knits as well, small mistakes do not ruin it.

For me, It’s all about the prints I can find, and cotton has the best variety available in my area. Plus, it’s straightforward and easy to handle. Just preshrink and go!

What a fantastic giveaway – my favourite fabric has to be cotton, anything from quilting weight to home decor weight, but I also love a bit of laminated cotton!

Wool, every time! It presses well, it’s hard to burn with the iron, easy to handle and warm to wear.

Cotton would have to be my favorite. It’s been a while since I’ve sewn anything linen, but it is my runner up.
