I have to say that I love making costumes! I am a cosplayer, so every year I try to make my own outfits for characters, and I love getting things to match a character perfectly.

I love to make skirts. You can use one simple pattern to come up with what looks like a bunch of different skirts by just using different fabrics, lengths, patterns and colors.

Since I have become interested in fiber arts and fabric dying, my favorite thing is creating my own designs working with silk and other natural fabrics. It is a wonderful feeling knowing I have made something that is completely unique and an artistic expression of myself.

I don’t actually have one specific thing I love to make. I really enjoy making things for the kids, whether it be clothing, or accessories. But I also like to make things for myself, so, no real favs here.

I have ordered fabric and embellishments from britex before and they are amazing. They are very willing to help and answered my questions. I used the fabric to make pants, they came out “nice”, but I still have a lot to learn!
