A new Rowenta would help perfectly press all my holiday tablecloths and napkins, but in addition will do a professional job on the fussy details of the party clothes I’m making for my granddaughter.

Having this awesome iron would help me by allowing me to keep one iron by my sewing station (as I’m sewing around the clock) and let my husband have one for his work clothes. (He’s always stealing the iron when I need it and then gets that nasty starch all over it so that it turns my sewing projects black.)

A new Rowenta Focus iron would help me perfectly press my fabric for the new holiday duds for me and the gifts I plan to make for friends. I think it would even make pressing those seams after sewing a treat! The automated shut-off features would make me feel a lot better about having it around my kitties, too.

This iron would be amazing to get all the holiday tablecloths and napkins looking good! I also have some last minute gifts that could use a good pressing before they get wrapped…

There are so many projects I want to work on through the holidays. Right now, I only have a small travel iron to press seams open. It would be wonderful to have a Rowenta Focus iron not just for my sewing projects but for everyday use!

It would make it easier to get actual CLOTHES ironed (I am done with sewing gifts for the season luckily!) and ironed without getting a steam burn every time I plug the iron in! I purchased a new iron at the beginning of the year but left handers apparently all have similar issues with steam burns and the cord being in the way, so I’m would love something like this where the cord comes directly out of the back. Thanks for the giveaway!

a new iron would be GREAT! I am using a ten dollar iron that i bought while in college—and just the other day it leaked brown stuff onto some fabric—so i have been VERY cautious while using—but didn’t want to buy a new one before christmas!!

I’ve set aside my sewing projects until after the hectic holidays. There is a dress hem that would want it, but a great present to my husband would be to iron his work shirts for him with a new iron! He does his own ironing with our ancient one, so the iron and my effort would be a wonderful gift!

I never knew how important pressing my sewing projects was until I started my sewing course. So a new iron would be great to give all my Christmas projects a perfect touch.

I would use it to make sure I never, ever set my little apartment on fire if I race out on an errand and forget to unplug my iron. Sometimes in the middle of a sewing project I might need to run out for a sewing notion. Imagine the heartache of returning not only to a ruined skirt but also a gutted out living room. No fun!

Right now I’m sewing like mad to get everything ready. I’m using my Rowenta iron anyway, so if I had this one I’d probably give it as a present to one of my sewing friends, so I’d have one more present ready. I love my iron too much to need a new one so if I won this I would give it to a deserving person.

I love Rowenta! I am on my second or third Rowenta iron. The one i am currently using has been knocked over about a dozen times, and now leaks a little, has a huge hunk of plastic missing on the side, but still works great! I would love to win a new one!
