One day when I was looking for sewing bargains, I came across a pair of Singer electric scissors for a whopping $3.95! I have no idea why I even bought them. What did I think $3.95 would buy, but they are the BEST time saving tool I have! I sew garments and whenever there are long straight seams to cut, these scissors just cut through them like butter!

My sewing machine is my favorite tool! I started out with my late husbands grandmothers sewing machine that he gave me so that I could make our daughter’s Halloween costumes, she was 2yrs at the time. As much as it was supposed to speed up the process, i struggled through trying to get it to work properly (old old Singer). Then after 5 yrs my current husband gave me a brand new Janome machine, I Never Knew that a sewing machine could be that easy to use! I love my machine! I sew so much now, new thread would be awesome and the variety of colors, Hello! I make costumes as well as many other things! So my number one tool is my sewing machine :)
