We’re down to the wire in our 2011 BERNINA Halloween Costume Competition, but don’t worry you still have time to upload your project for the chance to win awesome cash prizes or a brand new 3 Series machine from our friends at BERNINA! Remember that your project must have the phrase “BERNINA Halloween 2011” in the title and all entries are due by October 23rd to be eligible. Are you putting the final touches on your costume? We can’t believe this year has flown by so quickly and that it’s almost time for our favorite holiday, Halloween! We’ve already started breaking out our favorite fabrics and wackiest embellishments in anticipation and now we’re giving you the chance to do the same with the BERNINA 2011 Halloween Costume Competition.

It was a tough race among the 23 amazing and creative submissions for the “Show Your Support” Bra Challenge, presented in partnership with the American Sewing Expo (ASE), and sponsored by Coats & Clark.

The search is finally over! Everyone’s submissions were so incredible that BERNINA chose FOUR (4) Brand Ambassadors instead of 3!

Additionally, THREE (3) BurdaStyle members (open to all members) were chosen by you to be awarded cash prizes!

BERNINA USA is looking far and wide for three US-based Brand Ambassadors to experience and help spread the word for their new BERNINA 3 Series machine, so BurdaStyle has partnered with BERNINA on a competition to help find the best candidates for the job! BERNINA still wants to show some love to our community outside the US, so we made this a two-part competition.

Three weeks ago, we asked you guys to Show Us, Don’t Tell Us: How do you express your love for sewing? The result was an awesome selection of super creative videos!

We had so much fun watching them! It was tough, but we were able to narrow down your awesome entries to our top five.
