My living room is in need of the most help. My look is eclectic and it needs window treatments – corner windows are a nightmare… I also need different furniture or better yet, just to recover what I have. Time seems to be the biggest hurdle – and inspiration is always good – that cover has me salivating!

I would redecorate my sewing room, it is small and really needs a new look…one word to describe how I would like for it to be would be scrumptious!

I"d like to convert my “bedroom” into a “boudoir”! We’re in a rental with white, white walls EVERYWHERE! I can’t change the white, but everything else is fair game, in my mind. I’d like to feel like the cherished chaste maiden languishing in the Sultan’s chambers in a James Bond movie.

    Martini, anyone?

I would love to makeover the lounge room which is at the entrance of my unit – I would love it to be warm, inviting, artistic, peaceful, unique and loving! One word to describe it would be luscious :-)

I would make-over my bedroom. The theme would be “organic spa” – calming, relaxing lots of earthy and organic elements.

I would reinvent our living room. No one spends any time there because it’s so cold and impersonal feeling. I would love to do a rustic woods feel to it.

If I could makeover one room, it would be my sewing room, It’s dark and gloomy. I would love to make it light and airy. That would make it more comfortable to use!

The room I would like to make-over is my daughter’s old bedroom. Currently it still has a young girl’s decor and I would like to make it welcoming and restful for when she and her husband come home for a visit.

It would be so great to re design my sewing/spare bedroom. It needs a cheery feel to it. I bet this book would be a great tool to use for exactly this type of thing.

I want to decorate my bedroom, because it has furniture but it doesn’t have life. I want to be more colorful. Because it is like my own little space and I want it to show my personality.

I’m actually looking to decorate a new home, and my main goal is to create custom pieces that will fit the house perfectly and be completely unique. First up – the bedroom, where I want to make a reading bench that’ll be cosy and fun and some decorative cushions. Our style? Bohemian eclectic and very laid back.

I just have got one room, since I’m just a poor student, so the choice of the room is simple. I would love to make it more fresh and fun, using interesting combinations of prints and colors. :)

If you could make over one room in your home, What is one adjective to describe its ideal look vibrant, the room i would love to make over would be my sewing room in my basement its bigger then the spare room i am in now as i need more room to do my quilts for kids and pillow cases and other sewing I do. i have been making for kids that are in the hospital or just need a needed quilt to make them smile. my hubby is on the road he drives all 48 and canada and i am here with my 2 schnauzers sewing almost ever day as I wait for supplies to get to me as I have no fabric stores close to me . If you could make over one room in your home, What is one adjective to describe its ideal look VIBRANT as it would be a happy space for me to contue to sew and listen to my heart string knowing that someone big or small will be getting some thing from my heart.

It would have to be the room I am trying to set up just for me…my sewing studio! ANY and ALL trips and tricks for design, including adding color, lighting, storage, workspace, organization. I want to be inspired and happy when I enter my dreaming space. Out of this would flow my designs, ideas, creations and ultimately livelihood.

If I could make over one room in my house it would be the master bedroom……I would paint the room a dark beige color and the one wall would be a deep dark burgandy; all the bedding would also be the deep dark burgandy, with beige sheets. I’d have lots of pillows in different beige colors all the furniture would be dark wood. It would be the one room I could go to and be really relaxed in. The one word would be RELAX.

I would make over my now blue victorian room into a more darker version with a lot of black and wine red, robuust walpaper, lots of velvet and lampshades with feathers.(just made one).I use this room to sleep in after nightshifts and even though most of the time my eyes are closed I like to wake up in a great room with lovely items and colours.I would say Victorian nightshades.

If you could make over one room in your home, which would it be? Main bedroom / sewing room / laundry room / dressing room / guest room – it’s all the same room, and looks like it too.

What is one adjective to describe its ideal look? Calming.
