The voile would fulfill my dream of having a flowy, peasant-type blouse with triple layer of ruffles at the slightly v-ed neck and 3/4 sleeves with circular double ruffle on the bottom. Silk tassels at the neck, and Hungarian-inspired embroidery…. I can hear the czardasz music that my grandmother loved so! The other three fabrics speak to me of a quilt that really POPS! Perhaps a stack’n’whack star design with metro borders, and pillow cased of metro edged in strippy scraps of the New Traditions and Night and Day. Such beautiful fabrics, so many possibilities!

I can imagine a skirt with Metro Living (love it!!) and a tunic from Optic White voile. New Traditions would make a great bag and a Night and Day pillow from Night and Day. They are all so great. Love them!

I think that New Traditions would be great for a wall hanging or another home decorating project. I can see the first two fabrics as clothing, for sure; maybe a dress or a skirt. When I saw Metro living, I thought it would work well as a bag or some sort of accessory.

Wow! These fabrics are all so very nice! I would have so many different ideas for each one! The last one, with the circles, makes me think circle skirt all the way or perhaps a bottom of a dress? Maybe some can be put towards me next quilt!

Dresses, dresses, dresses! It’s the perfect amount of fabric to make four amazing dresses… I’d use the Night and Day fabric to make an exquisite retro dress using a vintage pattern, the metro fabric would be used to make an awesome mod dress while the other fabric would be used to decorate my home: curtains and such.

Night & Day would make a beautiful wrap dress—maybe to carry a retro handbag out of New Traditions with it. I like those two together—-the remnants could make a skirt. Metro Living would make some gift pillows for my sister’s very modern-furnished house. The voile I would use to underlay some pretty sheer fabrics that I have.

At the moment I’m really into making the perfect blouse. The voile would be a dream to work with. I’m thinking a wardrobe type pattern for the Robert Kauffman Fabrics. Black and white with a touch of red, fabulous! I sew clothes to get the look I want and the fit I need. These fabrics would make a wonderful style statement.

Oh My! They are gorgeous! Some fabrics are destined to be beautiful spring and summer dresses and some just speak “apron” to me, LOL! And of course, I love sewing children’s clothing so some would have to become little girl dresses! Love them!
