Comment on the blog or connect with us on Twitter to win one of two Lisette sewing patterns by Liesl + Co.
Liesl + Co. is perhaps best known for Oliver + S, their gorgeous collection of children’s sewing patterns and fabrics. Their Lisette patterns, however, appeal to a decidedly older audience: the style-conscious seamstress. For more information, visit their website.
Until Tuesday, June 7th at 12 p.m. EST we are giving away two of their gorgeous patterns. The first pattern is a Passport Dress & Jacket, a downtown spin on uptown chic. The second pattern is a Portfolio Dress, Tunic & Pant, a chic, multi-seasonal favorite. Two winners will be selected to receive one pattern each.
To enter, answer the following question: Where would be the places to wear the garments created from the patterns featured?
If submitting an answer via Twitter, be sure to include the @BurdaStyle tag and the hashtag #comment2win.
Good Luck!

Am I too late? I hope not!
I saw these patterns in the store a couple of months ago, and liked them both…but was waiting for a sale to buy one or both. Then I forgot, LOL! Maybe I’ll only need to buy one of them?
I also picked up some of the Lisette fabric they had. Good thing I did, too, as the color/print I liked best sold out first!
To answer the question — I’d make a stylish outfit for work that would be casual enough for a quick get-together with friends afterwards.

I like the fit. Even though they are tunics, I like the higher arm pits. Makes you look thinner, and not so sloppy. I will have to try one of these, win one or not!

I would love to wear the Passport dress to an outdoor wedding. Here in Florida, I feel like it’s summer rather than spring, that is wedding season. And wearing a piece like this to an outdoor wedding would be the perfect blend of prim and comfortable. I like the idea of wearing the Portfolio pants and top to a picnic in the park or to a barbecue in a friend’s backyard.
